In a typically cozy Allgäu style, apartment in a solid wood house with many visible wooden walls. The large roof terrace offers a view of the beautiful surrounding forest, meadows and flowers. After an interesting day in the Allgäu, you can recharge your batteries here. In the high-quality and fully furnished apartment you will feel completely at home both on a couple's holiday and on a business trip.
A sufficient number of parking spaces and a wall box - also for the electric cars of our holiday guests - are located on the premises in front of the accommodation. The narrow Tobelbach runs between the apartment and the road. At a normal water depth (approx. 20 cm) it is ideal for a cool footbath. Small fish and crayfish can be seen regularly.
Here you can get up completely relaxed from your comfortable box spring bed in the morning, have a delicious breakfast drink brewed from fair trade coffee beans in the modern fully automatic machine and then enjoy the coffee at the dining table or on the large roof terrace. After you have enjoyed the floor-to-ceiling shower in the bathroom, you can start with a day trip to the beautiful Allgäu countryside. If the weather does not meet your expectations or you would rather spend a leisurely day in your holiday apartment, there is a state-of-the-art 55" QLED TV with its countless entertainment options of a Smart TV, the many different books and board games in the BachLauf Various options for a short stay.In between, you can relax in the fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, extractor hood, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, sink, washing-up liquid, dishcloths, dishwasher, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils of all kinds,. ..) conjure up a menu of your choice.

Two guests pay a total of 90.00 euros per night.

We grant a 10% discount for stays of seven nights or more.
From 28 nights there is even a 20% discount.
With a sleeping area of 191 cm x 138 cm, the pull-out sofa in the living area is only suitable for sleeping to a limited extent and is therefore not officially designated as a place to sleep. The path of a night-time toilet visit from the bedroom to the bathroom leads through the living area, so that guests sleeping on the sofa could possibly wake up. If you don't mind this circumstance, the three of you are welcome to move into the holiday apartment. There are no additional charges for the third guest.
We have a travel cot available for children. If required and if it is free, you can book it for free.
Herbrazhofen is a small idyllic village with about 40 houses. The friendly togetherness of the village community is literally lived here.
The beautiful landscape right outside the front door offers a variety of hiking and biking trails through the region. Opposite the accommodation is a paddock for ponies, horses and foals. On the footpath in the direction of Schloss Zeil (1.4 km away), you will pass the fenced-in deer enclosure of the Prince of Waldburg zu Zeil and Trauchburg. Other sights include the Wachbühl mountain with its unique mountain panorama (2.8 km away), the Gospoldshofen cheese dairy museum (5.4 km away) and the Gallus chapel near Tautenhofen (7.7 km away). The many attractions in the Center Parcs Park Allgäu, which is just under 13 km away from your accommodation, ensure that the children have a lot of fun. Very close to the Center Parcs is the pleasure manufactory, which opened in 2019 in the former brewery in Urlau. Here, guests of the region have a number of opportunities to buy typical Allgäu souvenirs and to marvel at the work of the 18 artisans. You will find a wide range of shopping opportunities in Leutkirch (5.5 km away) or after a short drive via the A 96 in Memmingen (23 km away). Thanks to the excellent motorway connection, you can be in Lindau and Bregenz on beautiful Lake Constance in around 30 minutes.
The connection to public transport is manageable. In order to go shopping, we are dependent on private vehicles here.
The electric cars of our guests can be charged at a wall box in the building. There are enough parking spaces on the site.
The landscape offers a variety of opportunities for bike tours directly from the holiday home. You are welcome to park your bicycles and pedelecs with us free of charge.
